JUNIOR COACHES! |
Who are they? Junior Coaches are experienced swimmers who help out in the water coaching at the 9-10am morning practices. |

What do they do? They work on stroke technique, proper execution of drills, flip turns and starts with younger or newer swimmers. |
How do I get to be a Junior Coach? You have to be a minimum of 10 years old, regularly attend 7-9am practices, and be invited to be a junior coach by Coach Ann. |
What's so great about being a Junior Coach? It's a great opportunity to share your knowledge of swimming with others, to earn community service hours, and to HAVE FUN. |
What kind of fun? Well, you get to spend an extra hour in the pool 3 days a week, watching "your" swimmers grow and improve, and then, at the end of the summer, Coach Ann invites all Junior Coaches for a day at the beach! |

What do they do? Senior coaches are responsible for running a lane of swimmers at the 9-10am practices under the direct supervision of Coach Ann. They are also called on to help with hands-on technique work and drill training. |
What makes a Senior Coach? Senior coaches LOVE swimming, are great with younger kids, and are able to run a lane of swimmers under the direct supervision of Coach Ann. Most of all, they love to have FUN in the water. |
Fun? Did someone say fun? Yup. Like the Junior Coaches, Senior Coaches spend an extra hour a practice in the water and/or on the deck, AND get to take part in the end-of-summer beach bash. |
