SWIM CAMPS

Swim Camps are a great way to brush up on technique, add some extra yardage, or just spend more time with friends and fellow swimmers at the pool. All camps require advanced registration so proper coaching staff can be on hand.  Registration forms are in the swim box or downloadable by clicking HERE, and please place completed forms in the designated "swim camp" folder.

While all of our Swim Camps vary in their details (the drills, equipment, focus and snacks), the basic structure of the camps do not change. For instance, there will always be breaks every hour, with time for snacks and resetting the lanes. There will always be multiple coaches working with the swimmers, both in the water and from the deck. And there will ALWAYS be time made to ensure that the camp is FUN as well as instructional.

Age Group and High School - swimmers are welcome to come and "perfect" their racing technique. The camps will focus on sprint work - all four strokes - including the dive entry, turn and finish. Strokes will be broken down with exciting new drills, utilizing different techniques and equipment. Lots of fun, but also challenging.
Swimmers 7 and Under - swimmers will work on the technique for each of the four competitive strokes. We will use a variety of equipment to help our young swimmers master their strokes.
Preschool Swimmers - swimmers will concentrate on the basics of each of the four strokes. The strongest focus will be on freestyle and backstroke, be we will also work on developing a legal breaststroke and butterfly.
