Dear Coaches:

The Stone Crabs Swim Team would like to extend an invitation to your team to attend our upcoming Stone Crabs Swim Team 7th Annual Winter Invitational. The meet will be held at the DALE AQUATIC CENTER in SANFORD, FL- this heated facility is adjacent to Seminole High School in Sanford, FL. (We have listed the Winter Park High School Pool as an alternate site- just in case "life happens".) Attached to this E-mail is both the meet letter and the Hy-tek events file.

Once again we will provide an array of awards: medals for all Top 6 finishers in all individual events, relay awards, high point awards for all age groups through 6th place, heat winner ribbons, etc.

The meet will be held on Saturday, December 4th, 2010. It is a one day meet- but because of the multiple sessions- please prepare your parents for an all day affair!

We will have an awards ceremony at the conclusion of the meet (weather and circumstances permitting)- at which time we will present high point wards to the Top 6 in each age group- as well as the 1st- 4th Place team trophies (The Stone Crabs Swim Team is excluded from the team trophies.) All swimmers and their families are invited to stay for the festivities- we will serve refreshments- once again weather and circumstances permitting!

If any teams need assistance with hotel reservations- please let me know.
